This renewable energy company is seeking an organized, thorough, and adaptable administrative professional for their Executive Assistant/Office Manager opening supporting their CEO and overall office operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, discreet, and high-level administrative and coordination support to the CEO, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, appointments, travel, and board commitments.
- Coordinate domestic and international executive travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and related logistics; monitor arrangements, resolve disruptions.
- Coordinate board, executive, and leadership meetings, including scheduling, invitations, agendas, materials, technology, rooms, catering, travel, and communications; ensure materials and logistics are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Operate as a key point of contact in the office, overseeing timely communication and information flow among executives, employees, board members, and internal and external stakeholders; draft and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
- Track priorities, action items, decisions, and commitments to ensure timely follow-through, conducting research and supporting special projects and initiatives as requested by the CEO or leadership team.
- Oversee day-to-day corporate office operations, including facilities, IT coordination, supplies, visitors, meeting spaces, and office logistics, while maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, company events, and executive functions, including catering, room setup, technology, materials, transportation, and other logistical requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
- Career administrative profile. You have a minimum of five (5) years of administrative office support. Prior experience supporting C-suite or other senior executives is required and experience providing Board support is a plus!
- Reliable. Your organizational tactics maintain strong workflow and allow for your ability to prioritize independently. You are thorough and can be counted on, no detail or task goes unnoticed!
- Confidence in delivery. You are practiced in your communication skills and possess mature business acumen. You are discrete, service-minded, and exude professionalism.
