Team Executive Assistant

New York, New York/Hybrid

$100,000 – $110,000

As the Executive Assistant to several high-level executives with this NY finance firm, you will provide reliable administrative support across scheduling, travel booking, document editing and finalization, daily office flow and much, much more. This finance firm is seeking a professional with a process-driven attitude, attention to detail, computer savviness and touch for providing quality service to others. This firm supports their administrative team through annual performance bonus opportunities and development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendaring and scheduling needs for in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes.
  • Review, edit, and finalize documents, slide decks, agendas, meeting materials and reports; distribute to necessary parties connected with leadership.
  • Maintain an accurate deadline-tracking system alongside financial materials, such as invoicing, expense reports and reconciliation.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all internal and external clients.
  • Manage executive driven projects from start to finish.
  • Communicate with key players using strong, clear channels and follow-through on tasks.

  • Experience. You bring five or more years of executive assistant experience within a professional services environment and understand what it takes to support busy professionals with confidence and discretion.
  • Tech-savvy. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and work efficiently, leveraging advanced features to produce polished, accurate work.

  • On top of your game. You remain composed while juggling competing priorities and consistently deliver on deadlines.

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
