A corporation in the healthcare space is seeking an exceptionally polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support its CEO. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, coordinating meetings, and organizing detailed domestic travel and meeting logistics.
- Protect the CEO’s time by evaluating incoming requests, prioritizing commitments, and ensuring attention remains focused on highest-priority initiatives.
- Coordinate executive, board, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring agendas, presentations, reports, and other materials are organized and ready in advance.
- Manage meeting notes, action items, and deadlines while keeping stakeholders accountable and ensuring important follow-ups stay on track.
- Assist with events coordination, leadership off-sites, and external attendances on behalf of the CEO.
- Take ownership of special projects and business initiatives, conducting research, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across teams to keep priorities moving forward.
- Serve as a liaison among the CEO, leadership team, board members, and more while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Draft and coordinate correspondence, presentations, reports, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Support office operations and vendor relationships as needed, partnering with the operations team to improve processes and create greater efficiency within the CEO’s office.

What We’re Looking For:
- C-level Executive Assistant. You bring at least seven years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Flexible. You’re comfortable supporting a CEO whose schedule spans multiple time zones and understand that this position requires flexibility outside of traditional working hours.
- Polished communicator. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized. You can manage a constantly changing calendar, complex logistics, multiple deadlines, and competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy. You are proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, AI tools, and you’re comfortable adapting to new technologies.
- Proactive. You naturally anticipate what a leader will need, identify potential issues before they arise, and take action without waiting to be asked.
The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
