A well-established nonprofit is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support members of its executive leadership team. This highly visible role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, coordinating executive operations, and serving as a trusted point. From managing complex schedules to preparing leadership for meetings and supporting special initiatives, you’ll play an integral role in keeping the executive office organized, responsive, and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and processing expense reports.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and other documents to ensure leadership is well prepared for internal and external engagements.
- Coordinate executive meetings and organizational events, managing logistics and ensuring all materials and communications are completed on time.
- Build positive relationships with board members, external partners, and colleagues while managing communications with tact and sound judgment.
- Support board-related activities by assisting with meeting preparation, materials, and administrative coordination.
- Assist with internal communications, special projects, and initiatives that support organizational priorities.
- Maintain organized records, monitor action items, and help keep executive priorities and projects moving forward.
- Contribute to a collaborative space by providing administrative support wherever needed and assisting with additional responsibilities as priorities evolve.

What We’re Looking For:
- C-suite experienced. You bring approximately four or more years of C-suite support experience with a degree in hand.
- Solutions-focused. You excel at managing competing priorities, coordinating complex schedules, and keeping projects on track without losing sight of the details.
- Professional. You communicate with confidence, exercise sound judgment, and represent executive leadership with discretion and diplomacy.
