This finance company in Annapolis, MD is seeking a tactful Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to C-suite leaders. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated executive-level administrative support, serving as a reliable administrator in managing day-to-day priorities.
- Oversee calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders, and be two steps ahead of scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate travel from start to finish, including itineraries, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and expense reporting.
- Draft, edit, format, and organize presentations, reports, agendas, correspondence, and other executive materials.
- Prepare leaders for meetings by coordinating materials, tracking follow-ups, and monitoring deadlines and action items.
- Support leadership and cross-functional meetings, ensuring logistics and administrative details are handled seamlessly.
- Support special projects and internal initiatives cross-departmentally.
- Manage invoicing needs, paper and electronic document management and filing, and additional organizational needs with precision.
- Communicate effectively across internal and external contact, keeping all parties informed of projects and status’ with strong professional delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
- EA Experience. You have a bachelor’s degree and bring at least five years of experience, ideally supporting several high-level executives.
- Highly organized. You can juggle competing priorities, intricate calendars, and time-sensitive requests without losing sight of the details.
- Trustworthy. You exercise sound judgment when handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Anticipatory. You stay one step ahead by anticipating needs, identifying potential issues, and taking action before they become obstacles.
