This organization is seeking a high-level, seasoned, professional for their Executive Assistant opening. This role provides the opportunity to function as the administrative engine for senior leadership, managing complex calendars, travel logistics, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, keeping priorities aligned, and work flowing smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, high-volume calendar across multiple entities, strategically prioritizing commitments, stakeholder demands, travel, board obligations, philanthropy, advocacy, and organizational priorities.
- Exercise sound judgment on scheduling and priorities, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring the principle’s time is aligned with strategic goals and overall effectiveness.
- Coordinate end-to-end meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling, confirmations, agendas, briefing materials, pre-reads, logistics, and follow-up requirements.
- Manage all domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, insurance, security coordination, itineraries, and contingency planning.
- Oversee all expenses and administrative documentation, ensuring accurate reconciliation, receipt tracking, entity-specific categorization, timely processing, and policy compliance.
- Support executive workflow and communications through polished correspondence, scheduling communications, meeting preparation, follow-up tracking, reminders, and special projects.
- Serve as a trusted, highly discreet administrative partner, maintaining continuity amid shifting priorities and last-minute changes while handling confidential, sensitive, and high stakes matters professionally.

What We’re Looking For:
- Executive-facing experience. You bring significant experience, at least ten years, supporting senior leaders
- Executive presence. You bring credibility, composure, and confidence to every interaction with senior leaders, board members, and external partners.
- Google Suite savvy. You have extensive experience working professionally in Google Workspace. Strong technical skills will be essential to success in this role.
- Exceptionally organized. You bring structure to complexity, skillfully balancing multiple priorities and timelines with discretion, knowing when to escalate matters appropriately.
