As the temporary Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator at this professional services firm, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including coordinating multiples schedules, managing travel itineraries, creating PowerPoint presentations, and providing primary support on strategic projects. This firm is looking for a highly-qualified candidate with a can-do attitude, a high-level of interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity and experience supporting executives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executives’ calendars, arrange all aspects of travel, and process expense reports.
- Assist with company-wide programs and plan internal events.
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets, and prepare client reports.
- Oversee workflow, monitor department to-do lists, and attend weekly departmental meetings.
- Craft effective emails and messaging to communicate updates and timelines to clients.
- Assist with Business Development activities.

- Hard-working. You have your bachelor’s degree and at least 3 plus years’ experience supporting executives or working in the recruiting industry.
- MS office guru. You have a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on PowerPoint.
- Team leader. You enjoy working effectively as part of a team and have a friendly and cooperative attitude.

The hourly listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
