This global nonprofit is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to their CEO. In this role you will serve as a trusted partner, managing priorities, communications, and daily operations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to anticipating needs, coordinating complex schedules, travel, and logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of meetings and key initiatives. Success in this role depends on maintaining confidentiality, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering accurate, high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex, dynamic schedules and logistics for meetings, domestic and international travel, Board activities, fundraising events, and government-related engagements.
- Prepare for and support the executive’s meetings by preparing and organizing materials, anticipating requirements, and facilitating notetaking and transcription, and follow-up.
- Tailor communications for a range of audiences to ensure clarity, professionalism, and consistency.
- Create and oversee tracking systems for stakeholder engagement, task ownership, and timely completion of follow-up actions.
- Oversee competing priorities across multiple executives, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and overall organizational goals.
- Exercise independent judgment while handling confidential matters, identifying potential issues and emerging priorities early, assist with keeping day-to-day workflow running seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For:
- C-Suite Administrative Support. You have a minimum of six (6) years of Executive Assistant experience supporting high-level principals. Candidates with prior experience supporting C-Suite executives will stand out!
- Clear, concise, and confidential. You have exceptional communication and attention to detail. The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently across a variety of audiences while maintaining absolute discretion will be essential to success.
- Microsoft expert. You are fluent in the applications of Microsoft Suite and have familiarity with additional typical office software platforms. Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
- Anticipatory and flexible. You are a doer, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and proactively addressing potential conflicts. You understand that providing support at a high level requires flexibility for work outside of standard business hours and are willing to put in the extra hours when needed.
The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
