This growing technology company in Reston is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its C-suite in a fast-paced role. This position will oversee a broad range of executive responsibilities, from calendar and travel coordination to meeting preparation, communications, office management, special projects, and event planning. The ideal candidate is someone who can operate with sound judgment, keep a busy executive organized, and bring structure to a constantly evolving environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the C-suite, managing a complex calendar, scheduling priorities, and day-to-day logistics.
- Coordinate domestic travel and meeting arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and other details surrounding business engagements.
- Serve as an ambassador for the C-suite to incoming requests, helping assess priorities and determine next steps.
- Prepare presentations, communications, reports, and other meeting materials, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and ready for executive use.
- Organize leadership meetings, and company events, handling agendas, locations, vendors, logistics, and follow-up.
- Gather information and conduct research to help the C-suite leadership team prepare for meetings, decisions, and business discussions.
- Track confidential initiatives and special projects, keeping deliverables moving and providing updates on progress and outstanding items.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with appropriate care and discretion.
- Provide administrative support to broader organizational needs as priorities arise.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies inventory management, property and building communications, guest preparation and execution, and more.
- Support larger operations projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- C-suite experience. You bring minimally ten years of administrative experience, including significant experience supporting a C-suite executive alongside general operational support.
- Discerning. You can quickly assess competing demands, understand what needs the executive’s attention, and make thoughtful decisions about what to handle independently.
- Technically fluent. You are highly comfortable with Microsoft Office and can readily learn new systems and tools.
- Present. You are comfortable working onsite five days a week and can occasionally travel to support business needs.
- Clear. You communicate effectively in writing and conversation and know how to convey information in a way that keeps people informed and moving forward.
- Thorough. You take pride in getting the details right, whether preparing executive materials, coordinating travel, organizing an event, or managing an office need.
The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
