  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunity to mentor and manage junior paralegals while remaining deeply involved in sophisticated litigation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, along with 3-4+ years of litigation paralegal experience supporting complex matters.
  • Leadership-minded. You have a demonstrated ability or strong desire to mentor junior team members, coordinate workloads, and serve as a resource across multiple cases.
  • Litigation expert. You possess extensive experience supporting all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, witness preparation, court filings, and trial.
  • Technology savvy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LexisNexis, Westlaw, Relativity, Opus 2, and other litigation support technologies. Experience with AI-assisted legal research and document review tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized. You are able to manage multiple active matters simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistently meeting deadlines.
