A finance firm in Montgomery County, MD is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the C-suite. This opportunity is for a career Executive Assistant who thrives in close partnership and takes pride in creating structure, protecting time, and enabling impact at the highest level. The Executive Assistant will play a central role in ensuring seamless day-to-day execution for C-suite leadership while helping establish rhythms and systems that support the firm’s continued evolution. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and complex domestic travel, including frequent itinerary changes, meeting coordination, and executive scheduling across multiple cities and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted scheduler, thoughtfully prioritizing requests and protecting time with sound judgment and clear communication.
- Manage high-volume correspondence and meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, logistics, follow-up items, and investor meeting support.
- Coordinate meetings and firm events, ensuring thoughtful preparation, logistics, and follow-through.
- Provide light personal support as needed, including appointment coordination, travel, and time-sensitive personal requests.
- Support talent and culture initiatives, including team event planning, employee engagement activities, and administrative support for HR-related projects.
- Assist with light office management responsibilities, including conference room coordination, office organization, snack and supply ordering, and maintaining a polished office environment.
- Attend occasional evening team meetings and remain flexible outside standard business hours when priorities arise.
- Support additional operational initiatives and special projects as the firm continues to grow.
