As the Executive Assistant to the CFO of this established company, you will play an important role in keeping a busy executive and finance team organized, prepared, and moving forward. This role is well suited to an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working at the center of a fast-paced company, balancing immediate requests with longer-term priorities and becoming a trusted resource to senior leadership. From coordinating complex schedules to preparing for important meetings and keeping follow-up on track, you’ll bring consistency, sound judgment, and a thoughtful approach to executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the CFO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and commitments while thoughtfully navigating competing requests, changes, and scheduling conflicts.
- Arrange travel from start to finish, including transportation, accommodations, reservations, itineraries, and last-minute adjustments.
- Prepare leadership materials for important meetings, board events, and town halls, developing presentations, agendas, background materials, and other documents as needed.
- Help keep initiatives organized by monitoring outstanding items, coordinating with internal partners, and making sure follow-up doesn’t get lost.
- Provide administrative support for small and large-scale meetings, events, and other gatherings.
- Manage expense reports for the CFO, documentation, and other administrative details with accuracy and consistent follow-through.
- Assist with ad hoc ad support such as communications, team transitions, and other operational needs as they arise.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for sensitive matters, using discretion and good judgment.

- Executive support experience. You bring at least five years of experience supporting senior-level executives and are comfortable operating in a busy corporate environment. Candidates with strong board meeting preparation and execution, or high-level events/meeting coordination will stand out!
- Organized. You can keep multiple calendars, meetings, projects, and administrative details moving simultaneously without losing sight of what needs attention first.
- Level-headed. You remain calm when navigating sensitive matters, make sound decisions, and know when to involve leadership.

- Technically capable. You are highly comfortable with Microsoft Office.
The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
