Key Responsibilities:
- Provide integrated administrative and personal support to a senior executive and family in partnership with a broader executive support team.
- Assist with calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and a variety of administrative tasks.
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries, accommodations, transportation, dining, and necessary travel documentation.
- Take ownership of day-to-day personal logistics, including appointments, errands, technology needs, personal information tracking, and other requests that require timely follow-through.
- Manage the behind-the-scenes details of personal and family travel, anticipating needs and staying engaged throughout the planning and travel process.
- Work closely with other members of the executive support team to ensure priorities are communicated and handled seamlessly.
- Manage sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- Step in to support evolving needs and priorities across the executive office as needed.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Join an established administrative team that works closely together to support a senior executive.
- Enjoy a role that combines traditional administrative responsibilities with personal support and travel coordination.

What We’re Looking For:
- Service/hospitality-minded. You have at least one year of experience in administrative, personal, or client support and bring a natural appreciation for thoughtful, high-touch service.
- Observant. You pick up on preferences, patterns, and small details that help you provide more thoughtful support.
- Discerning. You know what requires immediate attention, what can wait, and when something should be elevated to the broader team.
- Considerate. You approach personal requests with good judgment, respect, and an understanding of boundaries.
- Responsive. You follow through quickly, communicate clearly, and remain available when priorities extend beyond the traditional workday.
- On the go. You have access to a car and can accommodate time-sensitive personal requests as needed.
