As the Legal Administrative Assistant for this large law firm in Washington, DC, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of attorneys while helping manage client relationships, billing processes, documents, and day-to-day priorities. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, keep attorneys organized and prepared, and ensure important tasks and deadlines stay on track. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage attorney calendars, coordinate meetings and complex travel, and assist with scheduling events.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions, helping facilitate a seamless client experience.
- Coordinate monthly billing, process revisions, distribute invoices, and maintain accurate billing records at a high-velocity.
- Enter and maintain accurate time and other matter-related data while learning and utilizing firm-specific systems for billing, document management, and file storage.
- Assess and determine priorities related to action items and deadlines, ensuring important requests are addressed and followed up on promptly.
- Organize competing priorities across multiple matters, monitor outstanding work, and adjust timelines as priorities evolve.
- Establish and maintain electronic files and shared workspaces, open new matters, and assist with engagement documentation.
- Prepare, finalize, proofread, and format legal and business documents, presentations, and other materials with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with other administrative professionals to coordinate support and ensure work is completed efficiently across the team.

What We’re Looking For:
- High-touch support experience. You bring at least two years of administrative support experience, preferably in a professional services environment with high-touch clients.
- Client-focused. You communicate with clients thoughtfully and professionally and understand the importance of providing responsive, high-quality service. Spanish-speaking candidates will stand out!
- Tactful. You understand the sensitive nature of legal work and consistently exercise confidentiality, integrity, and good judgment.
