Prior to joining Hawthorne Lane, Megan served as Senior Legal Search Director at Special Counsel for over 13 years, delivering direct hire, temporary to hire, and project-based staffing solutions in the DC metro area. She began her career in the legal field working as a paralegal, gaining hands-on practice insight that continues to inform her expert assessment of legal talent today. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree with a double major in leadership studies and political science from the University of Richmond.
