She specializes in permanent searches across all administrative levels, including Administrative Assistants, Executive Assistants, Office Managers, and Chiefs of Staff.

Her work includes strategic client partnership with dedicated candidate advisement. On the employer side, Meghan collaborates directly with organizations to scope roles, create hiring strategies, and streamline interview processes, ensuring clients are fully prepared to attract and hire top talent. Concurrently, she sources candidates, conducts in-depth screenings, and provides interview coaching, guiding both parties through offer management and salary negotiations to achieve long-term fit.

Meghan brings over a decade of hands-on recruiting experience to her leadership role, having joined Hawthorne Lane in 2015 after earning a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech in 2013.
