As Office Manager at Hawthorne Lane, Cailin brings a people-focused approach, a knack for keeping things moving, and a healthy dose of curiosity to everything she does. She helps lead the firm’s day-to-day operations and supports a team dedicated to connecting exceptional professionals with the right opportunities.

Cailin joined Hawthorne Lane in 2021 after working as an Account Executive with The Knot Worldwide, where she managed a diverse book of business and built strong client relationships in a fast-paced advertising environment. There, she developed her ability to listen closely, build trust, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.

After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder, Cailin traded her hometown of Washington, DC, for Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where she taught English to more than 400 students each week. The experience strengthened her adaptability, communication skills, and appreciation for working with people from different backgrounds.

Cailin believes success is built through genuine relationships, thoughtful collaboration, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. She brings compassion, integrity, and grit to her work and believes that finding the right fit can make all the difference.
