Emma is a Recruiting Assistant at Hawthorne Lane, where she provides administrative support to the team. She was quickly drawn to Hawthorne Lane’s warm, collaborative culture and the exciting, fast-paced nature of the recruiting space. Before joining Hawthorne Lane, Emma spent the summer working at a local farmers market after returning to DC following graduation from Michigan State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology.
