As the temporary Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator at this high-touch professional services firm, you will provide right arm support to leading executives while managing general office operations. Main duties include managing a very busy calendar, scheduling interviews, light research, slide deck creation and editing, some client development support, document editing and administrative support, and travel booking. The ideal candidate has experience supporting executives in a professional services environment, client-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings with clients and candidates.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and off-site meetings.
- Assist with business development and marketing activities.
- Organize logistics of on-site meetings, including scheduling conference rooms.
- Compose business professional emails and other correspondence to executive teams both internally and externally.
- Create, edit and finalize presentations using advanced, professional PowerPoint skills.
- Draft and finalize meeting materials, documents, and memos as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced. You have worked in a professional services environment as an Executive Assistant supporting client-facing Principals.
- Education. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Posed. You remain composed under pressure and are confident in your ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Tech advanced. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, and can troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Communicator. You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
The hourly listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
