Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, courteous administrative support to internal teams and external clients.
- Maintain attorney calendars, reserve meeting spaces, and organize domestic and global travel arrangements, including ground transport and expense submissions.
- Prepare meeting materials, track upcoming project deadlines, and maintain records for case management.
- Organize client and matter files while reviewing legal documents for formatting, spelling, and grammar accuracy.
- Compile and process expense reports alongside related receipts, assist legal staff with accurate time entry and monthly billing workflows.
- Monitor incoming task assignments, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed correctly.
- Assist with firm events and ad-hoc projects as business needs require.

What We’re Looking For:
- Legal background. You have at least one year of prior law firm support experience. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree, including May 2026 graduates, are encouraged to apply!
- Tech ready. Anything and all things computers, you are ready! Fast typing speed, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with document management systems is a must.
- Flexible. You are highly collaborative and can easily adjust workflow preferences to align with individual attorney’s needs.

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
