The Washington, DC office of a growing international law firm is seeking an experienced Team Legal Secretary to provide high level support to a team of busy attorneys from 12:00pm – 8:00pm ET. In addition to assisting with exciting legal work and helping attorneys finalize critical documents, you will also be called on to coordinate client meetings and travel itineraries. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage attorney calendars, coordinate meetings and conference rooms, and arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, ground transportation, and expense reimbursements.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and departments, as well as external clients.
- Prepare documents for upcoming meetings, update the team on approaching deadlines, and follow-through with appropriate documentation for casework management.
- Manage and organize client/matter forms while combing through documents for typos and grammatical errors.
- Prepare and process expense reports and receipts.
- Support attorneys with timekeeping and billing processes.
- Manage incoming assignment requests, following up on deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed appropriately.
- Support special projects delegated by attorneys, in addition to planning client events.

- Tech savvy. You are a quick typist and an expert at using MS Office. Document management software experience preferred.
The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
