Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly content, budget, and financial tracking reports.
- Create, edit, and manage spreadsheets while tracking and coding invoices and financial reports. Execute and follow up on invoicing on the department’s behalf.
- Proofread and edit content and materials with strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation in mind.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, tracking material deadlines and handling requests for the content department.
- Assist the department in creating contracts, documents, reports, and materials by following templates and leveraging strong technical skills.
