Kiera is a DMV native, residing in Bethesda, Maryland before graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2023. She earned her B.A. in English with a focus on Media Studies and has a background in education, having worked in schools throughout her undergraduate years and beyond. While new to the recruiting space as a Recruiting Coordinator at Hawthorne Lane, Kiera considers herself a people person who is eager to support both the team and candidates. She is passionate about fostering inclusive and supportive environments wherever she goes.
