Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and scheduling for leadership, coordinating meetings, priorities, and shifting requests with care and efficiency.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team, helping track deadlines, coordinate projects, and keep important tasks moving forward.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and other documents; capture follow-up items and help ensure next steps are completed.
- Arrange domestic travel, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries, while also assisting with expenses and invoice processing.
- Keep databases, spreadsheets, and contact information current and accurate.
- Assist with written materials, including briefing documents, summaries, and internal communications, ensuring materials are clear, polished, and ready for distribution.
- Work across departments to gather information, coordinate logistics, and help keep projects and administrative needs on schedule.
- Provide additional support for recurring association meetings, research, and special projects as priorities arise.

- Experienced. You bring at least three years of administrative or executive support experience and can quickly acclimate to a new team and environment. Experience with associations, think tanks, or Capitol Hill is a plus!
