A growing DC-based lobbying firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior leader and help coordinate the day-to-day activity of a busy client-facing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, thoughtful professional who enjoys working at the intersection of executive support, project coordination, and external relationship management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, editing and composing PowerPoints, and will bring the judgment, follow-through, and communication skills needed to keep priorities moving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex calendar of client meetings, conferences, and events, coordinating logistics and ensuring the necessary materials are prepared.
- Serve as a central resource for meeting follow-up, maintaining action items, deadlines, and deliverables so commitments stay on track.
- Assist with client projects by maintaining standardized documents, organizing supporting materials, tracking timelines, and monitoring important submissions and deadlines.
- Maintain well-organized electronic and paper files, correspondence, reports, and shared digital resources while ensuring documents remain current and easy to access.
- Support the administration of professional groups, including maintaining contact records, managing communications, and responding to inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute digital communications while keeping website and content up to date.
- Manage invoices, expenses, vendor payments, and other administrative items associated with firm activities.
- Provide logistical support for congressional outreach initiatives to progress the mission of the firm.

- Composed. You remain steady when priorities shift and can manage multiple projects without becoming overwhelmed.
- Technologically Capable. You are proficient with Microsoft 365.
The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
