This private foundation is seeking warm, highly organized, and service-oriented professional to assist with general office and administrative functions as the temporary Administrative/Office Assistant. You will ensure the office space is organized, welcoming, and well equipped for day-to-day operations. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable individual who can manage a variety of responsibilities with flexibility and care. This role is open for an immediately available professional who can commit through the end of the 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee incoming mail and deliveries across all offices.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, snacks, and IT equipment to ensure offices remain properly stocked and equipped.
- Organize and coordinate foundation-wide meetings, including preparation, scheduling support, and meeting reminders.
- Handle office maintenance requests and coordinate with property management and external vendors.
- Manage visitor access, guest accommodations, and associated logistical arrangements.
- Maintain and update team calendars, being mindful of events, and upcoming deadlines.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a high-quality experience for staff start-to-finish.
- Provide general administrative assistance to team members as needed.

The hourly wage listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
