As the temporary Front Desk Associate at this DC law firm, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for everyone who walks through the door. From greeting visitors and managing incoming calls to assisting with meeting logistics and supporting day-to-day office operations, you’ll be a trusted resource for both guests and internal teams. This is a temporary opportunity through October, and is fully onsite in the firm’s DC office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visitors and clients with a warm, professional welcoming approach.
- Manage the reception desk, including answering and directing incoming calls and accurately relaying messages.
- Coordinate visitor arrivals by communicating timely updates and relevant information to internal teams.
- Serve as a helpful point of contact for employees and guests using shared and temporary office spaces, responding to questions and assisting with day-to-day needs.
- Maintain a neat, inviting reception and hospitality area throughout the day.
- Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation, mail, etc and provide general administrative support as needed.
- Assist the team with ad hoc projects and support as needed.

The hourly listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
