As a Search Director at Hawthorne Lane, Kenzie specializes in recruiting and building partnerships with clients and candidates across the DC professional services market. She takes a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to understanding each candidate’s experience and career goals while helping clients identify the talent they need to build strong teams.

Kenzie graduated from The George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in English and creative writing and was a member of the Women’s Leadership Program. Following graduation, she began her career in retail sales with Trader Joe’s in Minneapolis, where she developed a strong ability to connect with people and understand their individual needs. Today, she draws on her background in storytelling and customer service to learn each candidate’s unique story and connect them with opportunities where they can thrive.
