Natalie graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Communications. She spent the earlier years of her career working for professional sports teams, in marketing, and events. She then brought her acquired skills to The Capitol Hill Club, working as the Assistant to the Director of Membership and Marketing.
Natalie’s administrative, organizational, and networking skills led her to the recruiting world through Hawthorne Lane. She is patient and passionate about strong relationships and seeks to provide support for candidates to find the right match for them, so they can further their career in a fulfilling way.
