Meghan is a graduate from Virginia Tech with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing Management. While there, Meghan served as Vice President of Communication and President of her sorority, Sigma Kappa. After graduating and moving home to Washington, DC, she worked as an Account Manager with a fashion company before finding her career in recruiting with Hawthorne Lane in 2015.

It was through Meghan’s many experiences in leadership that she realized her passion for serving as a mentor to those around her. She enjoys assisting the Washington, DC professional community with shaping their careers, achieving their goals, and matching candidates and clients to build great teams. Meghan’s background and keen eye for design have also played an essential role in the development of Hawthorne Lane’s social media accounts.
