After graduating from Virginia Tech, Kylie began her recruiting career in Washington, D.C., in industries ranging from IT staffing to nonprofits. With a B.S. in Human Resource Management and Hospitality and Tourism Management, Kylie finds professional and personal success through serving others – with a focus on fostering positive relationships and helping others achieve their goals.
