Katherine is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a degree in Strategic Communications. After graduating, she spent a year working in Paris, France as an au pair before moving to Washington, DC to begin her career.

While pursuing opportunities for her next job she encountered Hawthorne Lane and was drawn to its spirited team environment and enthusiastic approach to recruiting. Katherine enjoys providing a culture of hospitality for clients and guests at the point of entry to the office and assisting the team in several areas, including social media and special projects.
