About You:

  • Experienced. You have a minimum of 2-4 years plus of Administrative, Operations, or Executive Assistant experience.
  • Diplomatic. You are tactful and exercise courtesy to maintain respectful relations between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good judgment. Your executives can trust you to make the right decisions for the staff and clients.
  • Accomplished. You are experienced supporting leadership and understand the commitment and skill required to do so.
  • Discrete. You have excellent professional judgment, people skills, and an appreciation for differences that make people unique.
  • Team oriented. You are proactive and enjoy filling in the missing pieces that make a team stronger.
