About You:
- Experienced. You have a minimum of 2-4 years plus of Administrative, Operations, or Executive Assistant experience.
- Resourceful. You’re independent and an active learner. You learn on the fly and retain information and instructions effortlessly.
- Diplomatic. You are tactful and exercise courtesy to maintain respectful relations between internal and external stakeholders.
- Good judgment and observant. Your executives can trust you to make the right decisions for the staff and clients; you genuinely enjoy client interaction.
- Accomplished. You are experienced supporting leadership and understand the commitment and skill required to do so.
- Discrete. You have excellent professional judgment, people skills, and an appreciation for differences that make people unique.
- Articulate. It’s essential that you possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
