Temporary Personal Assistant (Six-month Opportunity)

Montgomery County, MD

$25 – $35/hour

As the temporary Personal Assistant, you are a determined, adaptable and driven professional with exceptional customer service eager to take on personal support for a busy leader. Duties range from travel itinerary booking and coordination, small and large event planning, to day-to-day personal administrative functions and errand running. The ideal candidate has experience as a personal assistant and a hospitality approach to tackling tasks. This is the perfect role for someone who has access to a car and is seeking variety in their day for a short assignment and the chance to be out and about!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination of meetings, appointments and events across multiple locations for personal matters with various contacts.
  • Plan and book travel itineraries, including ground transportation, events and accommodations.
  • Compose documents, memos, spreadsheets and reports on projects, including but not limited to, financial reporting, projects and potential new personal interests.
  • Play a dynamic role, serving as a liaison with external contacts to support deliverables, drafting and editing outbound communication channels.
  • Provide Personal Assistant duties such as running errands, purchases, household-related support and personal schedule management.
