Temporary Part-Time Property Assistant (12-Month Commitment)

Are you a service-oriented professional who is seeking a part-time opportunity? This beautiful D.C. residential complex is seeking an eager, hardworking individual for their part-time temporary Property Assistant opening. In this role, you will be a key part of the management team, assisting with day-to-day operational support, and ensuring a seamless and pleasant environment for the building’s tenants. This role offers schedule flexibility given the part-time hours and potential to take on more responsibilities over time. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support through a blend of administrative, customer service, and coordination tasks.
- Coordinate outreach and scheduling with external vendors and contractors for repairs, following up on work orders as needed.
- Maintain communications with residents, sending out notices about upcoming events, repairs, or building facilities work.
- Respond to resident inquiries and service requests, ensure all questions/requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Answer phones, emails, and support general office administration.
- Contribute to a positive residence and guest experience, serving as a key point of contact and building representative internally and externally.
