Temporary Part-time Executive Assistant (Six-month Assignment)

$30 – $35/hour
Are you an experienced professional seeking a new part-time opportunity? This DC based nonprofit is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to their senior-level leadership. This role provides the opportunity to work collaboratively across teams to coordinate and streamline daily workflow. If you are a highly organized, superstar multi-tasker, who is ready to jump right into this fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, prioritize, and manage calendar and all scheduling logistics.
- Serve as a communications liaison between executives and stakeholders.
- Provide project support when needed; conduct research, gather data, and prepare project related reports.
- Assist with coordinating company training and team-building activities.
- Manage and organize expenses, including tracking receipts, reimbursements, and credit card statements.

What We’re Looking For:
- Senior-level support. You have at least five (5) years of previous related experience. Prior experience in nonprofits and administrative work supporting senior executives is a plus.
- Calm, cool, and collected. You thrive working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess polished and professional communication skills.
- Technologically talented. You have a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft and Google products, as well as familiarity with project management software.
- Driven and discrete. You can work independently, proactively and display excellent judgement and subtlety when handling confidential information.
