Temporary Office Associate/Receptionist (Long-term Assignment)

As the temporary Office Associate/Receptionist with this highly respected financial services firm, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and professional experience that reflects the firm’s exceptional culture. You’ll provide hands-on administrative and customer service support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, assisting with reception coverage, catering coordination, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is approachable, reliable, and takes pride in helping others, with a background in hospitality, food service, retail, or another customer-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage inbound phone and email correspondence, routing messages efficiently and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Coordinate catering and vendor needs, including setup and cleanup of conference spaces.
- Provide administrative support for staff and assist with special projects as requested.
- Partner with building management and vendors to maintain smooth office operations.
- Monitor mail, deliveries, and office supplies, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and is well stocked.
