Temporary HR Generalist (Two-month Commitment)

This association is seeking a Temporary HR Generalist to roll up their HR sleeves and collaborate across a busy team. The HR Generalist brings direct previous experience into the role to perform recruiting, benefits, leave management, and full employee lifecycle HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting processes by screening potential candidates, managing job posting websites, following up with referrals, and maintaining new hire data and documentation.
- Facilitate welcoming new hire employee onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Update and track employee files and records via hard-copy and HRIS data systems.
- Follow-through on questions regarding benefits, company-specific policies and general inbound inquiries.
- Play a dynamic role in supporting the team, serving as a liaison with internal and external contacts to support efficient HR business practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:
- Practiced and proficient. You bring at least five years of HR Generalist experience, possessing a strong understanding of how to prioritize HR tasks.
