Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for internal and external meetings, events, and appointments across a senior-level team.
- Coordinate detailed international and domestic travel, ensuring agendas and itineraries are compiled with exceptional attention to detail. You are available when plan B needs to be put into action.
- Track project timelines and milestones, providing updates and ensuring key deliverables stay on course.
- Prepare briefing materials, conduct research, and assist with senior leadership meetings.
- Draft, edit, and finalize communications, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets with precision.
- Understand broader strategic goals and help convey key messages with clarity and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:
- Deep EA-level expertise. You have minimally seven years of EA support experience to senior executives. Prior experience supporting finance, investment, or Capitol Hill executives is a plus.
