This investment management firm in Baltimore is seeking multiple administrative professionals with strong scheduling, travel booking and time management skills! Candidates with experience providing high-level support in a fast-paced, polished environment will excel at this firm. As the Executive Assistant, you will manage all scheduling and communication, while also working on various projects and firm initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all communication with internal team members, senior management, clients, and third parties, always using active listening skills and clear, professional communication.
- Manage heavy calendar maintenance and meeting scheduling, efficiently balancing multiple schedules and workloads.
- Prepare technology and materials for presentations and both internal and external meetings with clients or prospects. Ensure attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation.
- Assist with travel itineraries, expense reports, and documenting client information.
- Facilitate tasks and follow-up to ensure deadlines are being met and project timelines are prioritized.
- Anticipate the needs of your executive and work swiftly to progress initiatives and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced. You have a minimum of five years of experience reporting directly to senior management.
- Tech savvy. You have advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and are comfortable learning new software programs.
