Temporary Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant at this highly regarded professional services firm, you will play a vital role in supporting senior leadership through exceptional administrative assistance. In this role, you’ll manage complex travel bookings, prepare detailed itineraries, and process expense reports with precision, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements for senior leadership and, when needed, their family members.
- Prepare comprehensive itineraries and arrange ground transportation to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Process and reconcile expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and financial reports to support ongoing operations.
- Perform light personal assistant tasks such as errands, purchases, and personal calendar coordination.
