Marketing Assistant

$55,000 – $75,000

As the Marketing and Administrative Assistant at this prestigious global law firm in Washington DC, you will be responsible for supporting the litigation and white-collar practice group with a variety of projects and responsibilities. This firm is looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and passionate about a legal career. If you have previous administrative and marketing experience and enjoy working with a collaborative team, this could be the right job for you!

 

About the Job:

  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and conference calls, and coordinate travel itineraries.
  • Draft agendas, edit correspondence and contracts, and prepare expense reports and client invoices.
  • Assist the practice group with marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Update client information, maintain databases, monitor media for client updates, and coordinate administrative projects.

About You:

  • Experienced. You have at least one (1) year of office experience, preferably in professional services with expertise in marketing and business development projects. A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Tech-savvy. You are an expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Professional. You are always positive and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Communicative. You have excellent interpersonal skills and possess strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Multi-tasker. You enjoy wearing many hats and are good at juggling deadlines and deliverables.
