As a key member of the legal team, you will support various aspects of real estate transactions, working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and revise leases, amendments, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Review legal documents from various departments and external parties, providing feedback and revisions for attorney review.
- Proofread and finalize documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update lease forms, site plans, and other necessary documents, ensuring a well-organized legal document library.
- Conduct research on restrictions, regulations, and other property-related matters.
- Examine loan documents and create accurate summaries, ensuring compliance.
- Work closely with attorneys and team members to enhance processes and deliver outstanding legal support.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced. At least five years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably with a focus on retail leasing. Real Estate Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, or Executive Assistants from the real estate space are encouraged to apply!
- Skilled. Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
- Thorough. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented. A skilled professional who works effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proactive. A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to quickly learn new responsibilities.
