Senior Litigation Paralegal

Washington, D.C./Hybrid

$80,000 – $100,000

 

As the Senior Litigation Paralegal with this international law firm, you would have the opportunity to assist and oversee the preparation of cases from start to finish.  You will serve as the liaison for multiple departments, especially the Case Management and Paralegal teams. In addition, the Senior Litigation Paralegal will lead, coordinate, and supervise the tasks among the Junior Paralegals. About the Job:

  • Assist in the management and development of litigation cases from start to finish.
  • Oversee the Junior Paralegal team by distributing and reviewing research and document projects.
  • Work with Case Management and Paralegal Team to manage workflow and coordinate the completion of assignments.
  • Coordinate the gathering, preparation, and filing of court documents.
  • Prepare for and attend depositions and trials.
  • Utilize legal technology to manage case related documents, reviews, and productions.

About You:

  • Degreed. Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experienced. Minimum five (5) or more years litigation experience required. Trial experience strong preferred.
  • Flexible. Available for overtime and travel as needed.
  • Tech Savvy. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Multitasker. You have the ability to juggle a variety of demanding responsibilities throughout the day and understand how to prioritize these demands.
  • Articulate. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
