As the Recruiting Specialist of this global consulting firm, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including coordinating interviews, managing travel schedules, creating PowerPoint presentations, and providing primary support on strategic projects. About the Job:
- Manage the executives’ calendars, arrange all aspects of travel, and process expense reports.
- Assist with launching company-wide programs and plan internal events.
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets, and prepare client reports.
- Oversee workflow, monitor department to-do lists, and attend weekly departmental meetings.
- Craft effective emails and messaging to communicate updates and timelines to clients.
- Assist with Business Development and Marketing activities.
- Assess recruiting strategies to further develop and fine-tune processes for internal contacts and external candidates involved.

About You:
- Extremely organized. You have superior organizational and time management skills, with an emphasis on schedule and travel planning.
- Hard-working. You have your bachelor’s degree and at least 1-3 years’ experience supporting executives or working in the recruiting industry.
- MS office guru. You have a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on PowerPoint.
- Team leader. You enjoy working effectively as part of a team and have a friendly and cooperative attitude.
