In this role you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment across a variety of industries in our boutique, downtown DC office. You will work alongside a high performing team dedicated to providing a best-in-class service to candidates and clients. This position is integral to our continued success and offers tremendous growth in the recruiting/talent acquisition field.
About the Job
- Screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and complete references as needed
- Manage logistics for recruiting process, including confirming phone and in person meetings
- Create a high-touch “best in class” experience
- Update candidate status and information in applicant tracking system; manage follow up communication to generate referrals, leads, and to reactivate interested job seekers
- Generate correspondence, communication, and documentation under tight deadlines with flawless attention to detail
- Pro-actively source passive candidates for open positions using LinkedIn and other referral sources
