This Baltimore investment management firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to contribute to the collaborative efforts of a busy team. The Recruiting Coordinator has an administrative backbone with a passion for working closely with people towards maintaining and growing a best-in-class, driven firm. The Recruiting Coordinator assists with full cycle recruiting efforts from job board posting and monitoring, scheduling and coordination of interviews, to internal candidate reviews and finalization. About the Job:

  • Schedule interviews and organize travel arrangements for candidates and interview teams.
  • Provide top-tier customer service to candidates and internal teams throughout the entire interview process.
  • Operate full cycle recruiting processes including job posting, candidate outreach, scheduling, and follow-up efforts.
  • Act as an active liaison for internal and external recruiting-related inquiries, such as referral follow-up actions, internship program coordination, and interview feedback summaries.
  • Use recruiting tools and tactics to find potential candidates, support a variety of searches and track applicants through data system.
  • Assess recruiting strategies to further develop and fine-tune processes for internal contacts and external candidates involved.
  • Oversee workflow, monitor division to-do lists, attend departmental meetings and support other projects and events as needed.

About You:

  • Extremely organized. You have superior organizational and time management skills, with an emphasis on scheduling and candidate data tracking.
  • Hard-working. You have 1-2 years’ experience working in the recruiting industry, preferrable with a bachelor’s degree in-hand.
  • MS office guru. You have practiced proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience across recruiting tracking systems a plus!
  • Active participant. You enjoy working effectively as part of a team and have a friendly and cooperative attitude.
  • Trustworthy. Not only can your employer count on you to complete tasks on time, but people trust you with extremely confidential information.
  • Determined. You are passionate about finding the best possible talent for the company while providing the best possible experience for candidates.
  • Interpersonal. You have a natural curiosity and find it easy to make genuine connections with people.
