About the Job:
- Draft, file and finalize internal and external documents in a timely and organized manner.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by proactively communicating via phone, email, or in person.
- Manage supply inventory and ordering.
- Assist with special projects or administrative needs and provide ad hoc support as requested.
- Confidently navigate and maintain internal database and procedures with the utmost discretion.
- Proactively communicate with your team on any system or personal issues.
