Project Lead

Washington, D.C./Hybrid

$65,000 – $80,000 plus bonus

This premier consulting firm is seeking an Project Lead to grow their fund administration division. As the Project Lead, you will be responsible for administrative, financial and client support for high-stake clients. This is a “best in class” firm with top delivery to internal and external contacts. About the Job:

  • Support fund administration team with portfolio management of legal documents and forms, including proper authentication processes, financial and banking actions, and investment tracking.
  • Initiate, track, and monitor transaction materials, including signature finalization, collections and submittal into database and tracking systems.
  • Provide fund related research and special project execution.
  • Draft, edit and finalize meeting preparation materials including documents, agendas, reports, spreadsheets and PowerPoint decks.
  • Compile financial data and create reports using Excel; CRM database management is key.

About You:

  • Degreed. You have a Bachelor’s in hand with minimally three years of prior experience, preferably project management, finance, paralegal or blended operational/admin support.
  • Judicious. You are discrete when handling confidential information and delegating across a team.
  • Reliable. You put the client first and have stand-out customer service skills.
  • Collaborative. You work well across a team and have strong communication skills.
  • Computer savvy. You are proficient across MS Suite, and have prior CRM experience.
  • Organized. You work well with numbers and never miss important details.
